Elle survient lorsque le corps per\u00e7oit une menace ou un danger. Le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique est activ\u00e9, ce qui d\u00e9clenche la lib\u00e9ration d&rsquo;adr\u00e9naline et de cortisol, hormones qui pr\u00e9parent le corps \u00e0 r\u00e9agir rapidement.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong> : Augmentation du rythme cardiaque, respiration acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e, dilatation des pupilles, augmentation de la tension musculaire, sensation d&rsquo;alerte ou d&rsquo;agitation.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Phase de r\u00e9sistance<\/strong> :<\/span><\/span><\/h6><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si la situation stressante persiste, le corps passe \u00e0 la phase de r\u00e9sistance. \u00c0 ce stade, le corps tente de s&rsquo;adapter et de r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la menace continue. Les niveaux d&rsquo;hormones de stress restent \u00e9lev\u00e9s, mais le corps commence \u00e0 s&rsquo;habituer \u00e0 la situation stressante.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Sympt\u00f4mes<\/strong> : Capacit\u00e9 de concentration r\u00e9duite, irritabilit\u00e9, troubles du sommeil, fatigue, augmentation de la susceptibilit\u00e9 aux infections et aux maladies.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><h6><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Phase d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement<\/strong> :<\/span><\/span><\/h6><ul><li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Si le stress persiste pendant une p\u00e9riode prolong\u00e9e sans p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration ad\u00e9quate, le corps entre dans la phase d&rsquo;\u00e9puisement.
